Andy's Hoppcast is officially in the pod-o-sphere. Check it out at http://andyhopp.podbean.com for all things Andy Hopp! As of right now, the only episode posted is a 90-second "episode zero" where Andy says hello and introduces the show. However, episode 1 is fully edited and in the can ready to drop some time this week. Episode 1 is all about Con on the Cob 2008 and it's full of great information about the con, jokes, and even a laugh track!

Laid back Saturday

Didn't do to much today. Erin was at the All About Pets Show for most of the day helping man the Rabbit Rescue booth. In the wake of the "bust" of the meat-processing facility that had hundreds of ill-treated rabbits it's been quite the week of media exposure for Rabbit Rescue. If anything good came out of that whole situation it's that Rabbit Rescue got the word out. They were selling $2 paper bunnies at the show and raised at least $500 as of the time Erin left today at around 5:30 so that's pretty good.

My office is about 99% finished being painted, thanks to Erin who did an amazing job painting. The orange colour caught my in-laws off guard yesterday when they came over but I really like it. I'm tired of sitting in rooms that are all subdued and pastel-coloured; this orange really pops. I can't wait to get a bookshelf set up and have stuff hung up on the walls.

I started reading Trail of Cthulhu today and I really like what I've read so far. Kenneth Hite really has a no-nonsense, straight to the point writing style which I like. I got a kick out of the fact that the included sample adventure is called "The Kingsbury Horror" since "Kingsbury" is my wife's maiden name.

Tomorrow it's off to my parents for Easter Sunday dinner. Mom's cooking up crown roast of pork with home-made pies for dessert. Woo-hoo!
